Review of Nebraska (2013) by Kim B — 12 Feb 2015
A sad independent movie layered with some laughs, good acting, intentional monotony, and uplifting ending (albeit short). It's sad because I could relate to this story of dysfunctional families, growing up with my own father at an emotional distance and recognizing his parents unhealthy relationship akin to my grandparent marriage.
It makes u look at ur own life and regrets. The kind of movie that touches you.
