Review of Near Dark (1987) by Steve C — 30 Aug 2008
Think: Aliens cast in a vampire film. Hudson, Vasques and Bishop, with Nathan Patrelli as the 'good guy' :D This is one of those hidden Gems that everyone should hunt out, a good story, not stuck to regular vampire mythology, bloody intense and fun.
The bar scene is one of THE best movie scenes ever. Bill Paxton owns it! I love this movie.
