Review of Near Dark (1987) by Ina S — 01 Nov 2009
This is one of the most ground breaking yet under-rated films of the 80's as it was released too near the same time as The Lost Boys with its' bigger studio budget and commercial backing.
It is really well shot with a gritty and haunting feel about it and the characters are pretty convincing too. It also has that wild west feeling to it that makes the film unique for it's day.
