Kathryn Bigelow's first movie, and now, TWENTY-FIVE YEARS LATER, Kathryn Bigelow is EARNING her ACADEMY AWARD for BEST DIRECTOR after a legacy of great features.
LOW-BUDGET film where the filmmakers actually CARE about the film they're making as opposed to merely "schlepping-out" a movie just to make money.
Even though JAMES CAMERON'S name isn't mentioned in the credits, JAMES CAMERON'S "ALL-OVER" the movie:
JAMES CAMERON'S wife directs the movie.
JAMES CAMERON'S regular players star LANCE HENRIKSON, BILL PAXTON, JENETTE GOLDSTEIN, and "the biker-guy from the bar in Terminator 2" (from ALIENS, TERMINATOR 2, PIRAHNA II) star.
JAMES CAMERON is a terrific filmmaker who alts lends his talents and resources to rising filmmakers . . . JAMES CAMERON'S help actually cultivated Kathy Bieglow's Academy Award Winning career.
GREAT, CLASSIC movie with an awesome ambient score by TANGERINE DREAM!!!!!
