Overall it does carry some comedic value as it plays into Riggle's strength of just screaming some obscene things. Other than the random outbursts of out of the blue funny saying, the story is all over the place and never settles down on one thing long enough to create any thing worth seeing.
The acting and dialogue are very bad and it just sets up for a disappointment and boredom. There is so much more that should have been done with it, but wasn't.
