The laughs are sporadic, at best. Unfortunately having a budget didn't mean bigger, better pranks, just overblown ideas that are hardly ever as amusing as the low-tech home-grown pranks from YouTube.
Its a pity, there is still potential for success if the formula is revisited. This, however, falls flat.
