4 out of 5!

Yes this movie goes way to far with all of its intense violence and language, but I must say that its pretty well done. I thought it was well acted, well directed and well written, but thats what you would expect from its cast amd crew. Woody Harrelson and Juliette Lewis are not the most convincing psychopaths ever, but they certainly do a very good job at it though and the other actors such as Robert Downey Jr. and Tommy Lee Jones definitely do their parts. And even though I'm not the biggest fan of film director Oliver Stone, his vision of this film has changed the way we look at movies and as for this one, it has changed the way we see how insane the world really is.

The most unforgettable thing that the audience gets from this film is the story. The story is about two lovers named.

Mickey(Woody Harrelson) and Mallory(Juliette Lewis)Knox who go traveling around the west side of the country killing people at random, but mostly at convenience stores and restaurants. The reason for their psychopathic reasons is because of the history of their own traumatized childhoods and escaping from the officers of the law. One Officer named Det. Jack Scagnetti(Tom Sizemore) in particular whom is also kind of a lunatic himself is determined to do whatever he must to catch these two killers at all cost, even if it means murder.

But to this films credit, this film does have a great cast and crew to go along with this intense psychopathic thriller. I mean you have academy award winning film director Oliver Stone(Platoon and Born on the Fourth of July)leading this movie and his vision on how he makes movies has changed of the way we look at Americas own past. And for the main roles to star in this film are Woody Harrelson, Juliette Lewis, Robert Downey Jr. and Tommy Lee Jones and well you can get what you would expect out of them especially the crazy ones.

Unfortunately the main downside and its not that bad of a down side at all is the way its film. For example: it goes from black and white, angles, slow motion, and even animation. I supose the main point of it is that it shows the way the crazy people view the world that they live in, so in that certain way its nessacary.

So overall its very good with an intense story, well-written dialogue, and fine performances. But just as a warning it goes pretty far with its violence and language.
