Review of Natural Born Killers (1994) by Wayne P — 12 Jun 2011
Wow I never thought I would ever see a film where every scene is like taking a hit of acid, or some other hardcore drug, but than I saw this movie.
I've had it on my shelf for sometime and have now watched it, and I gotta say that the performances were all good except for Juliette Lewis who was just alright she never really wows me in anything she does.
The real scene stealer here is Robert Downey jr who almost always wows me in everything he does.
The plot focuses on two of the most fucked up individuals I've ever seen displayed on film. Both sociopaths since birth it would seem, but as far as the movie goes it shows that in fact these two are more products of how they were raised, and not at all really crazy, and also that love has many, many forms and this film is proof. Sure it's ver the top, but most god movies are. Now I wasn't a full fledged fan of this movie, but it does seem to strike up intrigue, and thought within us.
THIS FILM IS DEFINITELY NOT FOR EVERYBODY, but those willing to take the risk good luck.
