I have always felt that Oliver Stone was preachy but this movie is just too much. I would feel better if Stone threw all the sad attempts of subtlety out the window but instead the film is stuck with this mess of violent images juxtaposed to a fun, campy story that is cheapened by all the misguided political commentary attached to it.
