This doesn't deserve a 48%. The only reason it's rated so low is because of the of the violence, which isn't really that bad because it's very stylized and doesn't feel very serious.
The movie is directed very well and has tons of LSD inspired style and artistic flair, which is the main thing you'll notice about this film. The movie looks and feels like one big drug trip. Excellent acting from Woody Harrelson, Juliette Lewis, Tommy Lee Jones, and Robert Downey Jr.
A must watch for genre fans and fans of awesome visuals and great directing.
