Review of Natural Born Killers (1994) by Indi V — 15 Jun 2012
Brutal, disgusting, and very frightening and disturbed. At the end of the day, it's a pretty decent film. The film feels like it was edited by someone with ADHD who dropped a lot of acid, but this adds to the hyper and frantic mood the film is aiming for.
The film seems to criticize the way the media galmourizes murderers, yet the film's climax is a vicious riot/shootout/escape from a prison. After the initial shock of what you're watching, it's almost as if you're asking yourself what the point of the movie was.
