Review of Natural Born Killers (1994) by Dan A — 05 Mar 2013
A film with vast potential and creativity in the shape of Tarantino's pen and a decent cast in front of the camera. However, it is Oliver Stone's insistence to completely ignore the story and focus entirely on mindless and repetitive violence which leaves the film feeling empty.
Some very 'distinctive' camerawork also leads the audience into a state of nausea, questioning whether the film was actually just a boring, violently charged hallucination.
