Review of Nativity! (2009) by David C — 06 Jan 2010
I found Nativity funny, heart warming, emotional, fun, entertaining and more. I've not really seen much with Martin Freeman apart from the office and Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy which I really didn't enjoy but I found him very good in this, exactly right for the role.
To begin with I thought I was going to hate Marc Wootton as Mr. Poppy but actually his character was brilliantly naive and childlike without being simple and worked wonderfully with the real children who were all just perfect.
This movie is just a small packet or joy and I would recommend it, probably even better if you have kids yourself.
