Review of National Velvet (1945) by Bob S — 10 Jan 2007
It's predictable and very corny, though. Still, the chemistry between Donald Crisp and Anne Revere is fantastic and very fun to watch. The movie is mildly entertaining, and might be worth a look for those who are really interested.
Don't expect brilliant artistic cinema, though.
