No matter what ever they say, I think the Book of Secrets is the best film among the two in the series. Ed Harris is a more competent villain than Sean Bean and the film has more emotional content than previous film. This is in fact one of his last good films in the recent past ( I did like Season Of The Witch(2011) however). This film has a more realistic plot than the first installment.
