Review of National Theatre Live: Frankenstein (2011) by Autumn Y — 15 Jun 2012
Saw both casting versions. Both completely blew me away--though I do have to say, Benedict Cumberbatch is by far the superior of the two in both roles. JLM's Creature made me wince in embarrassment, whereas Benedict's made me feel sincere sympathy and sadness.
I wish this had played more than two nights. I would have gone again.
