A not-too-smart action/comedy with Lawrence as a race card-pullin' loud mouth and Zahn as a pissed off, stoic cop. we've all seen this formula done a million times before and done a million times better.
the film delivers what you would expect it to. despite it's numerous flaws, the film is enjoyable if you completely shut off your brain and take it as lite fun.
