Review of National Lampoon's Van Wilder (2002) by Dave C — 11 Sep 2010

This film was the first I saw of Ryan Reynolds and I liked it. I thnk the story is very similar to probably most of the American college type of films that are out there so in that respect you won't get anything too different but that definately isn't to say this film shouldn't be watched.

I really enjoyed this film a lot. Yes some of the jokes are really immature but lets be honest that is surely what you have to be expecting when you know what type of film this is, a personal highlight does involve Van wilders dog and a load of cakes.

Tara reid looks really hot, so that always a plus point and Kal Penn does himself no harm as Van Wilder's assistant. A lot of 'Critics' have given this a poor review and rating but they are wrong.

This is a good film that should be watched.
