The story of Napoleon Dynamite, an alienated teenager who is determined to help his friend win a class presidency election while dealing with his crazy family life problems. This film by Jared Hess was very popular at the time and is actually somewhat admirable for pushing deadpan comedy into more idiotic territories, with a memorable performance by Jon Heder as the titular character.
