Review of Napoleon Dynamite (2004) by Graeme H — 31 Aug 2013

Fortunately, this movie makes no sense. Napoleon Dynamite is the kind of movie you need to see to believe, there was no big trailers or announcements when the film came out of nowhere, and I really enjoyed how the movie is an oddball comedy that just surprises you in every way.

Really pleasantly at that. It's not that the jokes are so well written that make it funny, but instead it's that the characters are all so awkward that they don't know how awkward they are.

And like I said it's not for everyone but it works and overall it's hilarious because of it.
