Crazy and slightly amusing. The loopy mystery at the center is kind of a drag, but the peripheral spots are absurd and refreshing, including some smart comic timing from Josh Flitter (and from Cliff Bernis in a tiny role) as well as plenty of freaky throw-away gags.
