Hmm! I've developed an experimental technique for transferring thoughts and memories from 1 mind to another. How can I test this? I know! I'll hook my mind up to the corpse of this dead serial killer. What could possibly go wrong? And whats this? A strange old scientist in a wheelchair wants me to continue my research at his creepy mansion. Why not? Seems like a good idea. This guy not only isn't smart enough to be a scientist, he's so stupid he wouldn't have masnaged to survive play-school, having choked to death on a crayon after eating 1 too many.

Terrible movie. Of all the shoddy movies Pamela Anderson churned out in the 90's this must be the worst.A cast that couldn't be less interested if they tried and a downright stupid plot. You'ld be better off watching Barb Wire.
