Terrific Cronenberg craziness at it's top form (Not Cronenberg somewhat normal, but absolutley extreme). Strange creatures with sphincter-like mouths on their backs, creepy drug abuse, worlds decaying, and excellent cinematography.
Nothing is as it seems. Still one of my favorite movies.
