An incredible assault on the senses - attempting to take away all rational thought and portray the insanity of drugtaking and a different world Cronenberg succeeds in putting Burroughs vision on the big screen although being Cronenberg puts his own spin on it - a word of advice dont fall asleep watching it as you tend to have crazy dreams.
..or is it reality...
