Review of Naked Lunch (1991) by Anthony D — 08 Apr 2008

My second favorite Cronenberg. The question was: How the hell could anyone film Naked Lunch anyway. People who have read the book often don't like the film. And people who are film freaks who don't know anything about Burrows usually like the film.

I like both and have read/seen them. Call me crazy but they are just two disjuncted things that are both great in my opinion. Again here Cronenberg's goal is to push the "ick" envelope.
