Review of Naked Lunch (1991) by Steven G — 25 Oct 2010
Not what I would call a fair adaption of the novel, however it's a difficult one to adapt - one in fact many said was impossible to do. The film in and of itself though was interesting; and where I wasn't thrilled with either the performances nor the screenplay, I was with rich colors in how it was filmed, the spot-on period costumes and set designs of the 1950s and the cast of characters of hallucinations.
