As a movie, it isn't the best; at times it's very funny, but flaws and too many stereotypical characters ruin the overall feel. However, as a showcase for Jack Black's comedic talents, it completely works and just feels right; Black fans will most definately enjoy this, and so will anyone who appreciates screwball comedy.
But it isn't for everyone.
