Clint Eastwood's best effort as a director to date. Mystic River contains an amazing cast that tells the story very well. We are able to connect to the three former friends on a fairly deep level, so we can understand what they are going through and what causes them to make the powerful decisions they do.
Mystic River grabs you earlier and keeps you hooked all the way until the dramatic ending. Everyone needs to see this film.
