Clint Eastwood strikes again with this dark tale of childhood friends facing a huge problem when one of them is under investigation for the murder of the teenage daughter of one of them. It's very well written, perfectly acted by a Sean Penn on top of his game and sufficiently old school to give you something most new films don't have .
... mixed feelings.
