Review of Mystic River (2003) by Matt B — 10 Jun 2015
A marvelous drama. Mystic River is one of my favorite movies of the year. It's flawless: excellently directed by Clint Eastwood, excellently acted from EVERYONE, its story (based on Dennis Lehane's novel) is a compelling tale of severed ties and trust, and it has some of the most tragic scenes you'll ever see in a film.
So incredible.
