Review of Mystery, Alaska (1999) by Corey N — 24 Nov 2009
This is a movie about a small town in Alaska that gets to have their local team play the NHL New York Rangers at pond hockey.That is just the main part of the story. You also get all these characters in the small town and their inter connecting stories.
Stars Russell Crowe. Plus the film has a great supporting cast. Overall the movie is solid and the characters interesting. Basically a film about a town getting together to show support and about the underdogs.
Worth a watch if you like sport related movies.
