Review of Mysterious Skin (2005) by Owen Y — 10 Feb 2012
Great illumination of terrible events and their aftermath, leaving a mystery for the characters to figure out, a series of events that decided who both of them are in the present day. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is amazing as usual, as the teenage hustler, and Brady Corbet despite my not knowing him at all manages to be a very impressive actor as well.
