Review of Mysterious Skin (2005) by Sylvester K — 08 Sep 2013
Extremely dark and especially for a (now) mainstream actor like JGL - although this was obviously before his fame, it's still surprising to see the script go so far with him at the helm. For me this wasn't 'enjoyably' dark, like Shame, it was just dark - but it did address some very important issues which are worth exploring.
