Poorly directed Australian drivle. Envisioned to be a type of serious 'modern family' comedy, it ends up being only mildly funny and the situations are so under-developed that it languishes in pure disappointment despite some early promise.
The modern Australian lifestyle is not like this...it's far more pretentious! The only saving grace are the performances by the young kids who easily outshine their elders. The leads are just too drab to be even considered comic actors.
