I guess Michelle Williams does a decent portrayal of Marilyn Monroe. She captures her tortured soul and all her insecurities perfectly. (It comes natural to three timid and delicate looking Michelle Williams ) However when it comes time for her to become the iconic Marilyn Monroe persona we see in films she falls flat.
