Review of My Way (2012) by John D — 27 Oct 2014
As usual the "critics" miss the mark. Can a story be entertaining and have a basis in history without requiring you to think about what you've just seen for at least a week to dig out the deeper meaning of life?
This film was moving, action packed and to anyone who is aware of the horrors of war it tells a story that is worth every second of your interest.
Oh - And remember that the critics that throw their tomatoes at this film are the same one that drooled over Moulin Rouge and the idea of dragging more current songs into historic Paris. I wish they'd try putting butter on their popcorn rather than cocaine. Maybe they'd actually be able to watch complete film and understand what real life is like. People with an urge to kill or love other people doesn't take a PHD to understand.
