Review of My Super Ex-Girlfriend (2006) by Mike S — 12 May 2010

Slightly misogonistic but it was perfect for what I wanted to see tonight. It's stupid, full of plot flaws and has a couple of moments that don't quite add up, however, it's a good throwaway comedy romp that made me laugh out loud several times. If I'd just got in from the pub and was flicking through channels and saw it was on, I'd definitely watch it again.

It also provides some more interesting evidence to the ongoing debate about how fit Uma Thurman really is. In Pulp Fiction she was obviously gorgeous but has never reached those heights before or since. There's mixed moments in this movie too as she swings between pretty damn hot and just weird looking.
