My Super Ex-Girlfriend has moments of promise, a darker tone explored but not fully exploited. This isn't enough to make it more than passably entertaining. At times it borders on twee, with parts of its score seemingly stolen from Stuart Little.
Not boring by any means, but you won't be compelled to visit it more than once.
