Review of My Summer of Love (2005) by Kendra J — 31 May 2009
For one of those, teenaged, summer-set, coming-of-age, sexual identity confusion movies, this one isn't bad. Emily Blunt is certainly stunning, and her chatacter is impossible to turn away from...Natalie Press holds her own, though.
But it was bit too meandering for me, a little too quiet and reflective in moments. Not enough happened...and the ending was a little...strange. Not good-strange. Just "whaaat? pffft." kind of strange.
