Review of My Soul to Take (2010) by Carmen C — 12 Feb 2011
*1/2 (out of four).
Writer and director Wes Craven has created a very messy little horror film...and not in a good way. The movie is more laughable than it is scary and the acting and dialogue is a downright shame.
Sixteen years ago a serial killer was captured and presumed dead. But he may have gone into the soul of one of the seven children who were born on that day in the small town. Sixteen years later each of those kids are being killed.
The picture could have been much more, but unfortunately, the way it is is almost unwatchable.
