Wow, Wes Craven, what are you thinking? I thought it was bad enough when you had your name "presented" on the "They" poster, but this was pure dribble. Swamp Thing, Nightmare on Elm St, Shocker, Scream 1-4.
..hell, even Red Eye was a better film than this. No character had any substance to them, all 7 of the kids born on "Ripper Day" supposedly has one of the personalities of the Ripper himself, including Ripper Jr.
The film builds up to Junior being the killer, but as a strange twist that we "didnt" see coming, he isnt...I've seen a hell of a lot better from Wes, and like I said, this reminds me of "They".
...terrible, but it doesn't pretend to be anything else but....so I guess that's what he was going for?
