Wow! I mean... wow! This is a really sad movie! I had to try not to get choked up with this story. I never read the book, but even if it isn't close to the book, I think the decisions in the movie were very interesting.
Like having not only the two sisters, but also the brother, who is almost isolated because there is so much focus on the sisters. The performances were solid and they really made me believe the suffering they went through.
I should probably read the book, as people usually say that the book is better. But as a film on its own, it's pretty good. Maybe not outstanding, but very emotional.
