Fascinating glimpse into the life of a great Buddhist teacher and his disaffected son - the film follows Rinpoche and his son over twenty years capturing the son, Yeshi as he grows up and comes to terms with his strange heritage as a typical Italian teenager and a reincarnation of a great teacher.
The film takes a completely unexpected course and is tremendously moving.
