Review of My Own Private Idaho (1991) by Brian C — 24 Mar 2011
The movie didn't came to life until before the half of it was finished, the introductory part was almost all hustle, and the rest fills the tease short. But it'll have the audiences thinking for sure.
The peculiarity seems to be synthetic and put in a very off - set position to where it's unnecessary, symbolism apart. The story is quite bleak, yet, so as proving immensely meaningful, which made the film worth watching.
The lost of different representations of 'home' is thought - provoking, being it who or what.
