Review of My One and Only (2009) by Edmund T — 12 Sep 2009
This was a delightful (mostly) period piece, carried by Renee Zellweger and two very talented teenage actors (or actors playing teenagers). The movie is based on George Hamilton's misadventures led by his hapless mother, played by Zellwegger.
If you like pieces from the 1950s, love the cars, music and the era, I heartily recommend getting to a theatre to see this one. Otherwise, it's certainly worth getting from Netflix soon after it's released!
