Review of My Name Is Khan (2010) by Asif K — 12 Sep 2010
One of its kind performance by Mr Shahrukh khan, he was spectacular and so was Kajol. A touching drama focusing on the intersecting lives and friendships surrounding the events of 9/11. The film gives a look into the physical and emotional lives of immigrants, leaving audieneces to reexamine stereotypes.
A man's journey across USA with Asperger's Syndrome to meet the President with Power message "My Name Is KHAN, & I'm not a Terrorist!". An inspirational movie with Simple But Powerful Message: "There is No Religion, only Good People & Bad People!" Excellent message, wonderfully presented.
I can only recommend this movie. An effective exercise in Bollywood high emotionalism. Captivating, well-acted and heartfelt with inspirational, important messages about tolerance, compassion, endurance, hope, honesty and, above all, the power of love.
one of the best indian movies.
