Review of My Name Is Khan (2010) by Amar J — 15 Oct 2010
My Name is Khan is India's take on Forrest Gump that attempts to tackle the social issues related with Islam in America. I think in combining the two issues they lowered the standard of the movie, but I guess they needed both to make the plot run for two and a half hours.
Kajol, for 35, looks amazing, Sharukh Khan, on the other hand, has seen better days. I liked the soundtrack to the movie, and I liked how the movie took a modern twist on Bollywood films by not having the characters sing the songs musical style.
