Review of My Name Is Khan (2010) by Selwyn L — 06 Nov 2010
Was intrigued to see Sharukh Khan in this Hollywood movie but realised it was yet another overly melodramatic and unsophisticated attempt to make a point about racial and religious ignorance. It definitely made one laugh and tugged at one's heartstings (Bawliwood style) but could have been so much better if it didn't have to resort to so much cliche.
Rain Man and Forest Gump meet Slumdog Millionaire.
