Review of My Name Is Bruce (2007) by Jason D — 16 Feb 2009

I tried so hard to like this more than I did but in the end it's just not good. It's basically a one joke premise that is stretched to a painful 80 minutes in length and really goes nowhere. There are some really funny moments though and Ted Raimi stole every scene he was in.

However, the rest of the cast is atrocious and it is all rather juvenile (not that I expected high art or anything). It certainly would have made one hell of a short film though.
