The king of B-movie horror comedies Bruce Campbell plays a slightly exaggerated version of imself in this terrific movie. A teenage boy has accidentally unleashed an ancient Chinese demon god Guan Di in a small town called Gold Lick so he kidnaps Bruce Campbell so that he can kill the demon.
This is a very funny and entertaining comedy, full of references to BC's earlier work. It's good to see Ted Raimi playing a number of characters too. Ultimately it's Bruce that's the highlight mocking himself.
You have to see this if you're a BC fan. Bruce Campbell IS God!!
